Licence resetting
Each licence is tied in to the computer used for registering the software. Normally,
an additional licence (about half price) is required when you use Bank Genie on another computer.
There are
occasions when you need to re-register Bank Genie, to continue using the software on only ONE computer.
- You buy a new computer
- You reformat your hard disk
- You replace your hard disk
In good faith, we can reset your
licence without asking you to purchase an additional licence. We can also retrieve your licence number if this has been lost.
This service is outside of normal
support, a slow process and therefor time consuming. A member of staff has been trained to perform this service and as such we find it necessary to apply a small
charge.
Your contribution and support will be appreciated.
However, do not make the payment under protest. If you object to this charge, do not make the
payment.

We feel it is vital to all users to ensure that someone is available and trained to perform this important service. The service also includes support to ensure you
have managed to restore your precious data.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: In each instance, it is recommended that you install the very latest version of the software
as it will include the latest program updates. This link is supplied in the Reset my Licence
Order Confirmation email.
