Starting the program
On the Main Menu, click the Setup tab then click My Category Groups - BS416
The initial screen shows a list
of Category Groups which you have already added (if any)

About this program
If you have Categories which
pertain to certain aspects of the way you manage your finances, Account Groups will make it quick and easy to select transactions for analysing your data
Some
examples of where Account Groups are used:
Adding, editing and deleting Category Groups
The program displays a list of existing Category Groups or None.
Click the Add button to create a new Category Group
Double click to edit an existing
Category Group
In each case, BS416S02 appears
To delete a Category Group, double click to edit (in the initial screen) then click the Delete button in screen

The Name for this Category Group field
Type a description for the Category Group you
are creating.

Personal
Business
The Arrow Right button
Use
this button to add selected Categories to the Category Group you are creating or changing.
Click to select a Category from the list on the LEFT, then click this
button.
The Arrow Left button
Use this button to remove selected Categories from
the Category Group you are creating or changing
Click to select a Category from the list on the RIGHT, then click this button.
