To display this screen:
- ADDING: (From the Investment program - BS431)
Click on the Add
button in the initial screen BS431S01. Click the option Add an Account
- ADDING: From the Bank Accounts program - BS403
Click on the Add button in the initial screen
(BS403S01) of the Setup>Accounts program. Screen BS403S02 will appear. Change the Account type
to Investment.
- EDITING or DELETING
Use the Setup>Accounts program BS403. Edit an Investment account. -OR- In the Home screen, select an Investment account. Click the Edit button. -OR- In the Investment program, click the Edit button and click Edit an Investment account
In this section:
- The Use a Linked Cash Account for my Cash Balances checkbox
- The Tax Deferred checkbox
The Use a Linked Cash Account for my Cash Balances checkbox
Referring to this Screenshot Check this checkbox if this Investment account is managed by your broker. The linked Cash account
will reflect the money transfer between you and your broker.
After a Buy, Sell or Div transaction there may be a small amount (the Cash Balance) held in your account.
The Tax Deferred checkbox
Tax Deferred (When Checked) Include Interest or Gains in my Tax Reports When you Sell an Investment, Bank Genie will present a screen to
