Working with transactions
Screen BS421S03
This screen is used by Bank Genie Pro ONLY

To display this screen you can either:

1. Use the program Manage Transactions - BS421
   a) click the Add Debits or Add Credits button
   -Or-
   Double click (to edit) an existing transaction
2. Use the program Transaction Analyser - BS408
   Double click (to edit) an existing transaction

In this section:-

• Use Predictive text checkbox
• The Transaction Date field and the Bank Date field

When checked, predictive text will help you enter text in the following data fields:

• Cheque Number
• Transaction Date
• Bank Date
• Paid to/Received from

The Transaction Date field and the Bank Date field
The Transaction Date field and the Bank Date field are used in a number of screens in Bank Genie.
The special features are described in this section in Common Controls

The Transaction Dates and the Bank Dates are entered using a Bank Genie Date picker.

  Foreign Currency Transactions - NOT TRANSFERS
• Case 1: ADDING - Using the Convert button
  Use this method when you DON’T yet know how much your account will be deducted as a result of drawing foreign cash from your account.
