About this program This program allows you to maintain
your list of Categories and Sub-Categories. Categories are used when you add transactions to your database e.g. using the program Manage Transactions program - BS421. You
can actually work the system by adding one single Category e.g. Miscellaneous, and allow all your transactions to be assigned to that category. You can
construct a complex Chart of Accounts with Categories and Sub Categories. The choice is yours, but your should make it as simple as possible.
Categories
and sub categories can be added “on the fly” when using the program Manage Transactions program - BS421 the advantage being you don’t have to exit that program and start this program (Categories - BS421).
This program gives you an overview of your Categories chart. You can add, edit and delete Categories and Sub-Categories.
