Goods are normally despatched with 24 hrs from receipt of order. You will be advised by email when your order is despatched, and when to expect delivery. If you do not
receive a despatch notification or do not receive an email with your licence details then please email us. We may have had difficulties with your email address. We recommend you provide a telephone
number when you place your order. Software Licence Agreement. A licence agreement is displayed during installation of Bank Genie. If you
do not wish to accept the conditions of the agreement, please do not install the software.
Licence Purchased copies of Bank Genie are supplied with
a licence. You use this licence to register Bank Genie on our web site. We have an alternative registration process if you do not have an internet connection on the computer(s) running Bank
Genie. The software will run in evaluation (restricted) mode until the product is registered.
Since the licence details are revealed to the customer, the purchase price is non-refundable.
Taxes Each customer shall be solely responsible for all import duties, sales taxes, or other taxes.

Warranty for goods provided. Bank Genie CD’s are guaranteed for a period of 3 months.
A replacement will be supplied if a CD is found to be damaged or faulty within that time. Otherwise, goods supplied are non-returnable.
Our software is fully tested before release to users. However, we acknowledge that it is not possible to
guarantee that software is completely bug free. In the event of a bug being reported, we are committed to applying a fix as a matter of urgency. Any such fixes are posted on the Bank Genie Product
Support Web Site as Program updates.
Program updates are normally released to introduce product enhancements, and can be downloaded free of charge
by Bank Genie users.
We use Symantec Anti-Virus to check our products. However, we recommend that
customers run their own virus check on each CD before installation.
